Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Shipping And Handling

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day on payment and provided with a VAT receipt. Items are properly packaged for transit and will arrive in good condition.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are sent by different couriers you can view which one via your order status . Delivery is generally up to 2-4 working days. Not including Bank Holidays and Weekends. Orders are picked and packed over the weekend but won’t leave the warehouse until Monday. If for any reason there is a delay in this time you will be notified by Email. Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work (ensure you have employers permission). Your order will be delivered either by well-known courier companies in the UK. A signature is required for all Special Delivery and Courier Services. We can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses. We can deliver to most addresses in the UK.

Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
